Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland: 4-8 business days
• Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece: 4-8 business days
• Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway: 4-8 business days
• Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania & other Central/Eastern European destinations: 4-8 business days
• Remote regions and offshore islands: may take longer

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Where no delivery date is agreed, your order will arrive within 30 days at the latest. If it does not, you may contact us to set a short additional period — and if we still cannot deliver, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties
